As the Design Project Manager at Universal Stone I managed multiple countertop projects. Starting from estimating the project cost based on architectural plans to creating drawings in AutoCad from 2020 cabinet shops to put into production.

A transit-oriented development completed in 2016 that consists of six 3 – 4 story wood framed apartments with tuck-under parking. The building includes 172, one & two bedroom apartments with Golden Garnet granite countertops. The public areas feature Stonezula quartz 0101 Xade and Vetrazzo countertrops.

A modern apartment community consisting of multiple 3 story buildings with a total of 385 apartments with one, two and three bedroom options. Universal Stone furnished and installed Bainbrook Brown and Tiger Skin White granite countertops in all apartment unit kitchens and bathrooms and a variety of quartz countertops in the clubhouse.

Renaissance Hotel

A modern hotel renovation of a historic Colorado National Bank in downtown Denver. The new hotel has 221 guest rooms and 9 luxurious suites with Stonezula quartz countertops throughout.
